The bright yellow J.vulgaris is one of the most striking flowers decorating the roadsides in late July. You may find it mostly in southern Finland. I planted one seedling 2010 and now this species is spread to a small group around their old mother. This flower is a color spot even among the most processed professional plants. It functions also as food plant to in Finland extremely rare Thyria jacobeae -moth.
