Achillea ptarmica (Ojakärsämö)

A beautiful small flower growing wild among other plants. This species is common in Finland for ex. along the roadsides. It is a splashy version of the more common Achillea millefolium and that's why used also as decorative flower. In my garden Achillea ptarmica is unfortunately quite rare.
