Geranium x cantabrigiense (Peittokurjenpolvi)

This hybrid has very dense growth and is thats why used as land cover plant. The flowers are typical for this genus. In general I don't want to have hybrids in my garden, I prefer the original species. But to be honest: all the apple trees, berry bushes and many perennials are hybrids, made by man. So also cantabrigiense has an important function as land cover which means less weeds to pick up.
