Gentiana septemfida (Törmäkatkero)

This low-growing deep blue flower comes from Caucasus and Turkey. It likes sunny places and should be easy to have also in boreal gardens. At least in my garden it has overwintered without any problems. It is a striking color spot among other low decorative plants.
