Crataegus monogyna (Tylppäliuskaorapihlaja)

One of my friends live in Sweden and during my last visit I noticed that C.monogyna was growing all over. I my country it is really seldom seen in the nature, sometimes in the south coast. Though the species is endangered in Finland it isn't difficult to grow it in the garden. In some cities monogyna is even common as a decorative plant.
